AI-Generated Summary: Keith Lee’s Noble Thai Restaurant Review Video
Keith Lee and his family visit a Thai restaurant in West Town, Chicago. Keith has been craving Thai food, and despite the restaurant being named one of the best Thai spots in the city, it was surprisingly empty on a Friday afternoon. Keith wonders whether the food, marketing, or customer service is responsible for the slow business.
He tries several dishes and rates them as follows:
- Crying Tiger beef: 9.1 out of 10 — Keith praises the beef for being juicy, tender, and flavorful, complemented by a sour and spicy sauce.
- Chicken pad Thai (spice level 3): 7.6 out of 10 — While he enjoys the flavors, he finds the dish a bit dry, with most of the sauce settling at the bottom.
- Chicken spring roll: 7.7 out of 10 — He describes the dish as fresh but simple, with chicken and vegetables.
- Chicken satay with peanut sauce: 8 out of 10 — The chicken itself isn’t seasoned much, but Keith loves the sweet-savory peanut sauce.
Despite some minor criticisms, Keith is satisfied with the meal and expresses hope that the restaurant will reach a wider audience.

Me and my family are in West Town, Chicago, and I’ve been craving Thai food since we’ve been here in Chicago. This is in a category of different backgrounds, different cultures, and different ethnicities. I got it. Let’s try it.
We spent twenty-six dollars and forty cents. The customer service, my family said, was straightforward, but the inside was very clean. On Friday at 4 o’clock in the afternoon, it was completely empty. There were like two or three other people in there.
Also, I found their social media, and I was real surprised for this to be named one of the best Thai food spots. Not only the video that I stitched, but a lot of people in Chicago say the same. Which makes me wonder—why don’t they have a bigger presence on social media? And why is it slow on a Friday?
In my opinion, is it the food, the marketing, or the customer service? Let’s find out together, in my personal opinion. Let’s see why. I’mma show you what I got, and we’re gonna try it and rate it 1 to 10.
Chicken satay, chicken pad Thai (spice level 3), and chicken spring roll with peanut sauce. We gotta go back, cause we ain’t got no Tesco’s, and I really want to try the Crying Tiger, but we didn’t order it. So we about to go.
Okay, we’re back, new scenery, same mission. This is the Crying Tiger, if I’m not mistaken. This is just marinated grilled beef. I’mma start with this, cause this is exactly what I got worked up about. It comes with its own sauce—just beef.
I drove over here for a good reason. Boy, if we had left this at the restaurant, I would have been hot! Seasoned, juicy, tender, spicy, delicious. It’s one of the best things I’ve had so far. Mmm. That sauce is acidic too—it’s a little sour, a little spicy. It complements all their flavors and the beef really well to me.
Oh, some rice. Yeah, some white rice with that. Now I got some white rice. I would drive out of my way to get this. That stuff is fire! Try the rice with the sauce. I’m giving this a 9.1 out of 10.
Now, I love me some pad Thai. I got chicken, and I got spice level 3. All of the sauce is at the bottom. I was expecting, like, a tangy, spicy, sour sauce, but it’s all at the bottom. If that sauce was at the top, this would be really hot. At the top, it is kind of dry, in my opinion. Let me see if I can mix it up. Still a little dry, in my opinion.
7.6 out of 10.
This is the spring roll. I see chicken, I believe this is cucumber and egg. And why are there only two people in there in the middle of the afternoon on a Friday? I have no idea. This is fresh—that’s the only adjective I can think of. It’s exactly what it looks like: chicken with some vegetables.
7.7 out of 10.
Last but not least, the chicken satay with peanut sauce. I liked this dish. In general, the chicken itself isn’t really seasoned; it’s the peanut sauce that makes it. If you like a sweet-savory kind of feel, I feel like this would be right up your alley, cause it’s right up mine.
8 out of 10 overall.
This absolutely cured my fix, and after this, I pray and hope that they reach their target audience. God bless you! Have an amazing day. Y’all be safe.
