Me and my family are in Indio, California for Coachella, and we were looking for food. Based on TikTok recommendations, we saw this great place. I got it. Let’s try it and rate it 1 to 10. We spent sixty dollars and eighty-seven cents.
My family said the customer service was 8 out of 10 and that it was really good. So without further ado, I’m trying to get into this food. I’m hungry.
I’m going to show everything I got, and we’re gonna try it and rate each one 1 to 10. As you can see, they’re all in the same container. We got three of them: a Buffalo chicken crepe, a Philly cheesesteak crepe, and a chicken ranch crepe.
So what, $20 a piece? Oh, crazy. $20? I understand the economy, but golly, $20?
It’s dripping. Is that just grease? I heard these aren’t just normal crepes; I heard they have a Parmesan crust. These crepes are dripping grease. In my opinion, it’s very salty. I honestly can’t tell if it’s the meat that’s that salty or if it’s the Parmesan-crusted crepe. Let’s take a little piece.
Not the crepe. The crepe is good. It tastes like it’s really high quality. It might be the meat. Let’s see. Is it the cheese or something? Hmm, it’s the sauce. Whatever that white sauce is, in my opinion, it’s very salty. If you dial that back, this is just a really good meat and cheese crepe. But considering the salt level, for me, it’s a 4 out of 10. Without the sauce, I feel like this could be like a 7.5 or 8, but the sauce is way too salty.
Now for the Buffalo chicken crepe. I’m going to leave it in the container this time, or on the little paper. I’m about to taste this.
It’s a lot of lettuce. That’s a whole head of lettuce. The buffalo sauce is really tangy, in my opinion. It’s not super spicy—it’s got a little kick, but it’s not super spicy. It is seasoned well, but again, in my opinion, it’s on the salty side. And I really say that because I’m a person who likes salt, but this is still a little salty for me.
The flavor is good. I really do like the ingenuity of this; I’ve never had anything like this before. For me, it’s a 6.5 out of 10.
Last but not least, the chicken ranch crepe. I think this might have bacon in it too. It’s a lot of lettuce. This one is more like it. It’s simple—just chicken, lettuce, a little bit of tomatoes, some ranch. This crepe is pretty much just like cheese bread, in my opinion. But the Parmesan doesn’t have as much flavor as mozzarella with garlic butter. Like, it’s not that kind of cheese bread, but it’s just like Parmesan cheese bread.
This is the most simple but also the best, in my opinion. 7.5 out of 10.
Now, would I suggest eating that before you go to Coachella and stand in the heat? No, in my opinion, it’s salty and heavy.
