Keith Lee and his family are riding around Miami, Florida when a long DM lands in his inbox — from the owner of a hot dog truck who claims he makes the best hot dogs and sausages in Miami, feeds the less fortunate and local schoolkids for free, and is still renting his truck month to month because he can't afford to buy it. When Keith pulls up, the lot is nearly empty — just his family, with one or two people trickling in behind them. The owner gives out free icees to everyone in line because of the brutal Miami heat. The question writes itself: with a mission this genuine, why isn't anyone here?

• ·Mac Daddy — a footlong hot dog loaded with mac and cheese and crispy fried onion strings. The hot dog is "real snappy, real seasoned" and high quality, though it pushes the edge ("two pinches away from being overly salty"). The mac and cheese is cheesy, seasoned, and a little spicy — Keith, a self-described picky mac and cheese eater, is impressed. Score: 8 out of 10
• ·Chicken Bacon Ranch — hot dog buried under grilled chicken, bacon, ranch, bell peppers, onions, and crispy fries. There's a lot going on, but the flavors actually complement each other. "This shit dancing, this shit jumping around type shit." Better than the Mac Daddy. Score: 8.2 out of 10
• ·Fat Man Philly Sausage — shaved steak with peppers, sauce, and crispy fries on a sausage. Spicier than the hot dogs, hugging the line between well-seasoned and salty — Keith is genuinely torn between an 8 and an 8.2. Score: 8.1 out of 10

Keith's overall take: for hot dogs to earn scores in the 8s is unusually high — "when you say hot dog, I'm thinking like, oh, it's just a hot dog, it might be like six or seven maybe. But for a hot dog to be eights, that's up here." He's genuinely perplexed that the truck wasn't busier. "To get a blessing, you gotta be a blessing," he says, thanking God in advance that the owner's blessing is coming. With food this good, an owner who feeds the community for free, and $15 portions that justify every dollar, he sees no reason Fatman shouldn't be around the corner.

Fatman Hot Dogs & More is a Black-owned food truck in Miami's Liberty City neighborhood, run by owner Antwan "Fatman" Multimore and his son Chuckie, who does most of the cooking. What started as a hot dog cart has grown into a beloved community fixture — Multimore is known for feeding neighborhood children and the homeless for free, helping kids with homework, and living by a philosophy passed down from his grandmother: if you can't do anything for someone, you can at least feed them. The truck gained national attention after Keith Lee's viral TikTok review in June 2024.
