Created by the 81/82 Group, the restaurant serves creative takes on morning classics — lemon poppy pancakes, churro waffles, and savory skillets — in a bright, whimsical space where the staff wear pajamas. Keith, a Las Vegas local, had been looking for a new brunch spot in his home city and arrived near closing time at 1:45 PM, but the team still served him and his family warmly.

• ·Irishman Skillet — an English muffin topped with ground beef, hollandaise sauce, an over-medium egg, and a whole onion ring; Keith called it "fire" and "perfectly seasoned" though he admitted the onion ring "do nothing, but it also don’t take the points down." 8.7/10
• ·Lemon Poppy Pancakes — dense yet fluffy pancakes with a citrusy lemon sauce and fresh blueberries; despite a noticeably charred top, Keith compared them to "a Disney pancake" — "what I would imagine pancakes in animated pancakes would taste like" — and said the fresh blueberries "really take over the top." 9.2/10
• ·McGriddle — a pancake sandwich with cheese, eggs, and super thick-cut bacon; Keith raved "I don’t think I’ve ever said this, but I’m gonna be mad people show up" and called it "one of the best breakfasts I’ve had in a long time." He said he’d "eat like three of those." 9.3/10

Keith was ravenous in his praise — he called it "one of the best breakfasts I’ve had in a long time" and, in a classic Keith Lee moment, said he’d be mad when people start showing up because he doesn’t want to lose his new spot. His family rated the customer service 9 out of 10, and he predicted lines out the door "very soon." At 7.15 for a family meal with most entrees under 5, he made a strong value case alongside the quality.
