Inside this box is brunch from a place that just opened up six days ago here in Vegas. It’s a brand new breakfast spot in southwest Las Vegas that just opened today.

I’ve personally been looking for a new brunch spot here in Vegas, so let’s try it. I got it. Let’s try it. Everybody wants to see the ten.

He spent seventy-seven dollars and fifteen cents. The customer service, my family said, was a nine out of ten. They said the customer service was really good. Even though the name of the place is “Early Birds,” we didn’t realize they closed early—they close at 2:00. We got there around 1:45, but they still served us. So, in my opinion, that’s really good customer service.

I’mma show you everything I got, and we’re gonna try it and rate it 1 to 10.

I got Lemon Poppy pancakes, a McGriddle, and an Irishman skillet. My stomach’s growling—you heard it! This is about to be messy. I can already tell.

We gonna start with the Irishman skillet. Actually, it’s a Benedict, not a skillet. This is an English muffin with ground beef, hollandaise sauce, an over-medium egg, and a whole onion ring. That’s what that is—a whole onion ring.

So, my hands, my face… is it messy? Absolutely. Is it delicious? Absolutely. In my opinion, that’s fire. It’s seasoned perfectly for me. I would personally take out the onion ring. The onion ring doesn’t do much, but it also doesn’t take points off for me. 8.7 out of 10.

Now, I will say the top of this pancake looks like it’s burnt to me. You see, they tried to hide that with the crust. It might just be a really charred crust, but I could care less if it’s burnt.

Oh, my God. You know what? This tastes like a Disney pancake—like what I would imagine animated pancakes would taste like. It’s fire. Is it super fluffy, like they melt in your mouth? No, it’s dense, but it’s fluffy enough. The citrus from this lemon sauce is really refreshing, and you get fresh blueberries. Yeah, it’s hot. The fresh blueberries really take it over the top for me. 9.2 out of 10—even though it’s a little burnt, I don’t care, to be honest. I’m just being critical. It looks fire.

Last, they cut the bacon real thick. I’mma try it without the syrup first. I don’t think I’ve ever said this, but I’m gonna be mad if people show up because we haven’t really had a good brunch spot like this in Vegas in a while. This is fire. Like, I don’t think I’ve ever said that, but I mean it. Good God Almighty. 9.3 out of 10 for me.

It’s just a very good pancake with cheese, eggs, and super thick-cut bacon. I’d eat like three of those. I love thick-cut bacon. Oh, that’s hot.

This is one of the best breakfasts I’ve had in a long time, in my opinion. I know they opened up six days ago, but they might be out the door soon—very soon, if you ask me.

And as always, after this, I pray and hope they reach their target audience. God bless you. Have an amazing day. Y’all be safe.

I’m in a full sweat, and I don’t even care. Hot days. Might be a hot summer. You ain’t never lie.
