Everyone talks about the New York-style pizza, but have you heard of Dominican pizza? I got it. Let’s try it.
Everybody wants a team. He spent eighteen dollars and ninety-five cents. This is a small, family-owned pizza shop in the Bronx. My family said it was a dad and a son that were running the spot, and they were working really hard.
I will show you everything I got. We’re gonna try it. Everybody wants to see him.
I got a cheese slice and the most popular slice, which is the pernail. Pernail is slow-roasted, marinated pork. I also got a pepperoni slice because I like pepperoni.
We’re gonna start with the pepperoni. It’s classic. This is pepperoni pizza. But it’s a good slice of pepperoni pizza. That’s as simple as a pepperoni pizza that you can buy for you. 7.5 out of 10.
This is the pernail slice, and I’m not sure what sauce this is, but it’s covered in. I’ve had pernail before because my sister-in-law is Dominican, so I have really high hopes for this. Ah, that’s delicious. The meat is tender, seasoned, and juicy. I don’t know what sauce it is. The sauce is kind of tangy, but it balances really well with the pizza sauce. Okay, I get it. I see why y’all told me to come to the Bronx. 9 out of 10. That’s the highest pizza rating I’ve given since I’ve been here. That’s the best pizza I’ve had in the Bronx.
Last but not least, the cheese slice. This is also the best cheese slice I’ve had since I’ve been here. It’s classic, but this cheese has a lot of flavor. It’s not just salty, it’s actually like cheese flavor. And the sauce, I can tell, is homemade. The crust is really crispy. Yeah, again, this is personally my highest cheese rating. 8.5 out of 10.
Again, this is a family-owned pizza spot here in the Bronx, and I’m happy I came. I pray and hope after this they reach their target audience.
