In that video, they were saying they got 20+ Keith Lee orders. They get 21. I got it. Let’s try it. Rate it 1 to 10.

We spent sixty-nine dollars and eleven cents. The customer service, my family said, was 8 out of 10.

Originally, we went to the location. I was on the street. But then my wife checked her DMs, and it was a message from them saying that that location, unfortunately, was lost in a fire on August 5th. So, they operate out of a Queen Chapel location. We went, and it was a lot of people there.

But this is part of the public category, so I’m excited. I’m sure everything I got, we gonna try it. Ready? 1 to 10.

I do wanna mention they’ve been reaching out since January of 2023. So they’re OGs: pasta, jerk box, Mac jam, and salmon with plantains and cabbage. That was hard for me because I always say “salmon, salmon, salmon.”

Presentation-wise, they got it. This looks amazing. It’s real saucy. I knew the second it touched my tongue. This is very spicy, but it’s extremely good. It’s spicy, it’s creamy, it’s a little salty, but I don’t mind because the spice takes over. It’s in the back of my throat right now. My eyes are watering, okay.

This is probably the spiciest thing I’ve had so far. It’s delicious, though. It’s the most balanced spice I’ve had, even though it’s the spiciest, and I give it an 8.6 out of 10. I should eat this whole thing, though. I will eat the whole thing, but I shouldn’t.

This is the jerk chicken. Now, I’ve had a lot of jerk chicken in my day, but I haven’t had jerk chicken this saucy in a minute. I usually get, like, the dry jerk chicken, like the dry rub. It’s a mix of both, with dry rub and saucy. Oh, that’s deep flavor. Like, yeah, been marinating for a minute. The super tender, it’s real earthy. That’s really good. This is up there with some of the best jerk chicken I’ve had.

I had to make myself a jerk chicken box sandwich. I made a good decision when I made this. This is delicious in this form. This is a 9.1 out of 10. It’s elevated a little bit, like, I just must.

This is salmon. Mm-hmm. It’s on the saltier side, in my opinion. I think they make it like that because it’s cabbage, so you eat it with the cabbage. Mm-hmm, yeah, cause cabbage don’t have much salt on it, so some of the sauce down there. Haha.

Why was this not the first place that we came to when we came to DC? From that jerk chicken to this salmon. Again, the salmon is a little salty, but it’s very flavorful. Sweet. This cabbage is just super fresh and snappy, so it balances well with the salmon. This is cooked to perfection, if you ask me.

I never had a plantain cooked like this, and I love it. This whole plate, for me, is a 9.2 out of 10 for sure. Interesting. Yes. I usually like my plantains to be, like, a little bit more softer on the inside and crunchy on the outside, but this is, like, firm, and I don’t mind it. The seasoning, well, I don’t know how they get that crunch or something. I love how they cook it. It’s, like, glazed, almost caramel. Yeah, super.

I’ve been using that a lot. Oh, yeah? What’d you give it, 9.3? No, I’ll give it a 10. Oh, yeah, 9.5 overall.

For whatever it’s worth, I’m officially stamping this as the best Caribbean food I’ve ever had. And I truly appreciate them reaching out. This made my DC trip for me.

And as always, I pray and I hope after this, they continue to reach their target audience.

Remember your name again, Keith. Keith Lee! Yes! We’ve been waiting for you all week. Just want to pay for some food.

What? This is what he does. One second. Oh, my goodness. Okay, how much for the customers, though? You wanna get?

So, two grand to pass out food, and then two grand for you. Oh, my God. Okay, it’s the Keith Lee effect, and the video hasn’t even dropped yet. So shout out, shout out to Keith Lee.

God bless you. Have an amazing day. Y’all be safe.
