It’s a lot riding on this review.

I got it. Let’s try it and rate it.

At 9:59 this morning, I was tagged in a video. This video was taken at Buldogis. It’s been about three months since I first came here, and they still have a line out the door.

So today, I’m back. My mission is to see if the sausage egg drop is still a 10 in my eyes. And I came with a small incentive. I have $15, and I’m gonna give this to the staff and the customers that are in there eating if the sandwich is still a 10. So it’s a lot riding on this, but I really want to see if they’ve been able to keep the consistency of the food over this long period of time while still being busy.

Because it’s one thing to be busy, but it’s another thing to pump out great food while you’re still busy.

The sausage egg drop. I love that they haven’t changed the amount of egg they add in this. It’s still stuffed to the brim. Just to try something new, I got chipotle avocado on the side.

Still a 10/10.

I appreciate y’all coming out, y’all waiting to be somewhere. I appreciate y’all. I’m beyond impressed with them. Starting as a small local restaurant that didn’t get a lot of customers, and now, overnight, being a spot where people come in busloads to try your food. And the food is still that amazing. I can’t do anything but take my hat off.

There’s only one thing left to do.

So, I just want to first say I appreciate y’all. I’ve been hearing nothing but amazing things. When I say amazing things, I mean, like, insane. Listen, I’ve been pushing my people real hard after that first weekend. We had, like, hour waits. It was crazy.

Like, I can see one, it only took me 15 minutes to get my food. Two, I saw a video earlier where it was out the door every weekend. Out the door, out the door every weekend.

The sandwich I just got was still a 10.

So what I want to do: I got $1,000. I want to give it to you and the rest of the staff.

Surprised – “What?!”

And the rest of it. I got $400, and I’m gonna pay for everybody’s food.

“Keith, you don’t even have to do that. You don’t understand what you have done. Like, I literally had a meeting last week because we’re about to look for another location. Like, I don’t understand. You don’t understand. I’m gonna cry. I don’t cry. Don’t do that.”

“No, really. Like, man, we were hurting before you came. We were. I was really worried. Like, my parents don’t know what I did to work here and quit my job. I went through my retirement so they wouldn’t have to really pay me. I want my parents to have the success they deserve at this place.”

“I knew it was too special, and you, like, have made that a reality. So thank you. I appreciate you. I appreciate you. I appreciate you.”

That is why I do what I do. God is amazing.

Ha ha! That’s fire.

God bless you. Have an amazing day. Y’all be safe.
